  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease a standard loaf pan.

  4. Step 4: In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

  7. Step 7: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
