  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce enhances flavor
  • 1 lime juice brightens the dish
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander adds a warm note
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil adds rich flavor
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish

Method

Instructions:
  1. Start by rinsing the chicken wings under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, paprika, black pepper, honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and ground coriander until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  7. In the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the wings with any leftover marinade.
  8. Once cooked and golden brown, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
