Instructions:
- Start by rinsing the chicken wings under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, paprika, black pepper, honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and ground coriander until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken wings, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- In the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the wings with any leftover marinade.
- Once cooked and golden brown, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, marinate overnight.
- These wings are great for meal prep; marinate in advance.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
