Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a small bowl until combined.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush the foil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the fillets with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then generously brush the honey glaze over each fillet.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
