Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mince the garlic and whisk together the garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne until smooth to make the honey mustard glaze.
Place the salmon fillets on a plate and brush or spoon most of the glaze over both sides of the fillets; reserve a little glaze for topping. Let the salmon sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Arrange the glazed salmon on the prepared baking sheet and spread the remaining glaze over the tops of the fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the oven, spoon any juices from the baking sheet over the fillets, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
