  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoons salt plus more for seasoning
  • 1 pinch black pepper cracked
  • 2 tablespoons parsley fresh, chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for roasting.
  2. Step 2: Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into 1 to 2-inch pieces.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Toss the chopped carrots in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
