  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Bring the thin spaghetti sauce to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add 4 oz tomato paste to the simmering sauce and stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
