  3. Step 3: Add the Beans and Water - Add the rinsed pinto beans and enough water to cover them by 2 inches.
  4. Step 4: Season the Beans - Sprinkle in salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
  5. Step 5: Pressure Cook - Secure the lid and set to high pressure for 50 minutes, then allow natural release for 20 minutes.
