Ingredients

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Peaches - Wash the peaches, slice them in half, remove the pits, and cut into wedges.
  • Step 2: Combine Ingredients - In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches with 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour, tossing to coat.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Instant Pot - Pour ½ cup of water into the Instant Pot, then add the peach mixture evenly.
  • Step 4: Cook the Cobbler - Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes before releasing remaining steam.
  • Step 5: Make the Topping - Mix the remaining ½ cup of sugar with a flour mixture of your choice, then sprinkle over the cooked peaches.
  • Step 6: Finish and Serve - Use the sauté function to cook the topping for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. Can also be frozen for longer storage.
