- In a mixing bowl, combine the Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Whisk everything together until well-blended.
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
- If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. For baking, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. If grilling, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
