  • 3 dashes paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head garlic peeled and pounded
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs oregano chopped

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) to achieve that golden, crispy skin.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and pounded garlic.
  3. Step 3: Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the seasoned drumsticks on a roasting pan or baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: Roast the chicken for about 35-40 minutes until it reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  6. Step 6: Let the chicken rest, garnish with chopped oregano, and serve!
