- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a whole wheat pita bread on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 oz softened cream cheese, 1 tbsp ranch dressing, and 1/2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic (or garlic powder). Whisk with a fork until smooth and evenly combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pita, leaving a 1/2-inch border all the way around.
- Dice the 1/4 cup cooked chicken breast and evenly distribute it over the spread.
- Arrange the 1 sliced fresh jalapeño (seeds removed if you prefer) over the chicken.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- In a small bowl, toss 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs with 1 tbsp melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated, then sprinkle the buttered crumbs over the cheese.
- Bake the pita pizza for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the panko crumbs are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for 1–2 minutes, slice, and enjoy.
