Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup allulose and 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener to the mixing bowl of a stand mixer.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon molasses evenly over the top of the sweeteners.
- Fit the paddle attachment and start the mixer on low speed for about 20–30 seconds to begin incorporating the molasses; stop and scrape down the bowl once.
- Increase the mixer to medium-high speed and beat until there are no visible clumps of molasses and the mixture is light and fluffy (about 1–2 minutes), stopping once to scrape the bowl if needed.
- Turn off the mixer, give the mixture a final scrape to ensure uniform texture, and transfer the keto brown sugar to a sealable container or glass jar.
