  • 1 serving Keto tortilla chips the foundation of your nachos
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup salsa fresh salsa adds a zesty kick
  • 1/2 cup guacamole creamy and rich
  • 1/2 cup cheese sauce for an extra cheesy experience
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 small onion chopped finely
  • 1 large green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for a creamy finish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure perfect crispiness.
  2. Spread your Keto tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle 1-2 cups of shredded cheese over the tortilla chips.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. While the chips are baking, dice the tomato, onion, and green bell pepper and combine them in a mixing bowl.
  6. Once the chips are out of the oven, top them with the fresh vegetable mixture, followed by salsa, guacamole, and cheese sauce.
  7. Add a dollop of sour cream on top for a creamy, tangy flavor.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and gooey!
