- Step 1: Prepare the Dough - In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, low-carb sweetener, and xanthan gum. Whisk together until blended.
- Step 2: Cut in the Butter - Add cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture. Cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients - In a small bowl, beat the egg and mix in the vanilla extract. Pour this into the flour mixture and stir until the dough comes together.
