- Begin by slicing the kielbasa and jalapenos. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheet and cut out 2-inch rounds.
- Take a round of dough, place a slice of kielbasa and jalapeno in the center, add a dollop of cream cheese, and fold the dough over to encase the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place the assembled bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
