Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Roll out the pie crusts and cut out circles to fit a greased muffin tin.
Step 3: Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted cream cheese, salt, mustard powder, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 5: Fill each mini crust with crumbled bacon and Swiss cheese, then pour the egg mixture over.
Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and golden.
Step 7: Cool slightly, garnish with chives and parsley, then serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in a warm oven.
