  • Baking brush

Method

Build Monkey Bread Step by Step
  1. Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Biscuit Dough - Cut each biscuit into quarters to soak up the cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Step 3: Mix Sugar and Cinnamon - Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  4. Step 4: Coat the Biscuit Pieces - Toss the biscuit quarters in the sugar and cinnamon mixture until well coated.
  5. Step 5: Melt the Butter - Melt the butter in a saucepan, then stir in the brown sugar until combined.
  6. Step 6: Assemble in the Bundt Pan - Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the pan, pour half of the butter mixture over them, then repeat.
  7. Step 7: Bake - Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Step 8: Cool and Serve - Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.

Notes

  • Evenly coat each biscuit piece to ensure flavor in every bite.
  • Let the bread cool before inverting to retain its shape.
  • Don’t rush baking; ensure it’s fully cooked to avoid doughy texture.
