  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup sprinkles plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Start by lining an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Make the Cookie Dough Base - In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Step 3: Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk - Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 4: Incorporate the Flour - Slowly add the all-purpose flour, stirring gently until fully combined.
  • Step 5: Fold in Chocolate Chips and Sprinkles - Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and ¼ cup of sprinkles.
