Ingredients
  

For the Wellness Shot:
  • 2 whole Oranges
  • 3 whole Lemons
  • 3.5 ounces Ginger Root fresh
  • 1 cup Honey

Equipment

  • Citrus juicer
  • Grater
  • Measuring Cups
  • Glass jar or bottle

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Start by thoroughly washing the oranges, lemons, and ginger root.
  2. Using your juicer, extract the juice from the 2 whole oranges and 3 whole lemons.
  3. Using a microplane or box grater, finely grate the 3.5 ounces of ginger root.
  4. In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice with the grated ginger. Stir well.
  5. Add 1 cup of honey to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  6. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into your glass jar or bottle. Seal it tightly.
  7. Place your wellness shots in the refrigerator to chill and enhance the flavors.
