Instructions:
- Start by thoroughly washing the oranges, lemons, and ginger root.
- Using your juicer, extract the juice from the 2 whole oranges and 3 whole lemons.
- Using a microplane or box grater, finely grate the 3.5 ounces of ginger root.
- In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice with the grated ginger. Stir well.
- Add 1 cup of honey to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Using a funnel, pour the mixture into your glass jar or bottle. Seal it tightly.
