- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt or sour cream, ½ cup of mayonnaise, and ½ cup of milk. Use a whisk or a spoon to mix until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Next, add in the fresh herbs: 3 tablespoons of fresh chives, 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, and 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley. If you’re using dried herbs, adjust the measurements accordingly. Then, incorporate 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, and ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika.
- Stir all the ingredients together until well combined. Taste your ranch dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dressing to an air-tight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve this delicious ranch dressing with your favorite salads or as a dip for fresh veggies!
