- Choose either 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or 1 cup sour cream and put it into a blender, food processor, or a mixing bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup milk to the same container.
- Prepare the herbs: if using fresh, chop and add 3 tablespoons fresh chives, 2 tablespoons fresh dill, and 1 tablespoon fresh parsley; if using dried, add 1 tablespoon dried chives, 2 teaspoons dried dill weed, and 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
- Add 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika.
- Blend or process until smooth and fully combined (about 20–30 seconds in a blender/food processor). If mixing by hand, whisk vigorously until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Taste and, if desired, adjust seasoning using only the ingredients listed.
- Transfer the dressing to a sealed container and refrigerate. Chill at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Store in the fridge for about a week.
