- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture evenly between airtight containers or mason jars.

- Seal the containers tightly and place them in the refrigerator. Allow the oats to soak overnight.
