  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients. Clean the oyster mushrooms, slice them, mince the garlic, and chop the herbs.
  2. Step 2: Toast the Coriander Seeds. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and toast coriander seeds for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Sauté the Garlic and Chilies. Add minced garlic and red chilies, sauté for another minute.
  4. Step 4: Add the Oyster Mushrooms. Increase heat to medium-high, add mushrooms, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Season and Stir. Stir in remaining oil, thyme, salt, and pepper, sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Finish with Fresh Herbs and Lemon Juice. Remove from heat, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  7. Step 7: Serve and Enjoy! Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy warm.
