  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  1. Start by peeling the banana and breaking it into chunks. This will help it blend more easily.
  2. In your blender, combine the banana, almond milk, peanut butter, frozen strawberries, and ice cubes.
  3. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and you achieve a smooth consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired texture.
  4. Give your smoothie a quick taste. If you'd like it sweeter, consider adding a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, but the banana and strawberries usually provide ample sweetness.
  5. Pour your PB&J Smoothie into a tall glass. For an extra touch, you can add a swirl of peanut butter on top. Enjoy this delicious treat immediately!
