- Step 1: Prepare Your Slow Cooker - Lightly grease your slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.
- Step 2: Combine the Custard Mixture - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Step 3: Cube the French Bread - Cut the French bread into approximately 1-inch cubes.
- Step 4: Layer the Ingredients - Place half of the cubed French bread in the slow cooker, followed by half of the peaches and raspberries, and half of the custard mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Step 5: Cook the French Toast - Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until set.
- Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Fluff the French toast with a fork and serve warm with whipped cream and powdered sugar.
Notes
For best results, use day-old French bread. You can also substitute other fruits or add nuts for extra texture.
