Ingredients

  • 1 packet thinkThin Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie Mix
  • 6 ounces coconut milk canned or carton
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs optional
  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut plain or toasted
  • 1 cup ice

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Smoothie glass or jar

Method

  1. Gather all the ingredients listed above.
  2. If using a fresh banana, peel and break into chunks. If using a frozen banana, add directly to the blender.
  3. In your blender, combine the thinkThin Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie Mix, coconut milk, banana chunks, cacao nibs (if using), flaked coconut, and ice.
  4. Blend on high speed until well combined and smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk or water to reach your desired consistency and blend again briefly.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass or jar. Optionally, sprinkle additional flaked coconut or cacao nibs on top for garnish. Enjoy immediately!
