Instructions
- Add 1 packet thinkThin Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie Mix to the blender.
- Pour in 6 ounces coconut milk.
- Add 1 banana (fresh or frozen).
- Add 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional).
- Add 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (plain or toasted).
- Add 1 cup ice.
- Secure the blender lid and blend on high until smooth, about 30–60 seconds; stop and scrape the sides once if needed, then blend again.
- Pour into a glass or into a bowl. If desired, garnish with extra cacao nibs and/or flaked coconut from the ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
