Instructions
- Place the 4 medium frozen bananas (cut into chunks) into a blender.
- Add 1/4 cup peanut butter.
- Pour in 2 cups milk.
- Add 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder only if using.
- Add 1 cup ice and 1 tablespoon honey only if using.
- Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and thick (about 30–60 seconds). Stop once to scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed, then blend again until frosty.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Chocolate protein powder and honey are optional.
