Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Dish - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir until well blended.
  3. Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients - Add vanilla extract and sweetener (stevia, maple syrup, or honey). If using stevia, add water. Mix until combined.
  4. Step 4: Incorporate Peanut Butter - Add peanut butter. Thin with milk if too thick. Mix until smooth.
  5. Step 5: Bake the Base - Pour mixture into prepared dish, spreading evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  6. Step 6: Melt the Chocolate - Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Add oil for a smoother sauce.
  7. Step 7: Assemble the Bars - Once cool, pour melted chocolate over peanut butter layer and spread evenly. Let set.
  8. Step 8: Slice and Serve - Remove from dish using parchment paper. Slice into squares or rectangles. Enjoy!
