  • 2 sheets Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed (one 17.3-ounce box)
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces Sliced Pepperoni

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out each sheet of puff pastry. Cut into 4 x 4 inch squares.
  • Step 3: Place a square of puff pastry on your prepared surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and add 3-4 slices of pepperoni.
  • Step 4: Fold one corner of the pastry over the filling to form a triangle. Press edges together and crimp with a fork.
  • Step 5: Lay the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter or egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 6: Let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
