Step 2: Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out each sheet of puff pastry. Cut into 4 x 4 inch squares.
Step 3: Place a square of puff pastry on your prepared surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and add 3-4 slices of pepperoni.
Step 4: Fold one corner of the pastry over the filling to form a triangle. Press edges together and crimp with a fork.
Step 5: Lay the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter or egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
