Ingredients
  

For the Pizza Muffins:
  • 3 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package mini pepperoni chopped (5-oz)
  • 2 Tbsp garlic butter melted
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese for topping

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Muffin Tin - Lightly grease your muffin tin with cooking spray or brush it with melted garlic butter.
  3. Step 3: Roll Out the Dough - Open the crescent roll dough sheets and unroll them on a clean surface.
  4. Step 4: Cut the Dough into Squares - Cut the dough into squares about 3-4 inches per side.
  5. Step 5: Assemble the Muffins - Place each square in the muffin tin, fill with pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Step 6: Top with More Cheese - Add more mozzarella on top of the fillings.
  7. Step 7: Brush with Garlic Butter - Brush melted garlic butter over the exposed dough.
  8. Step 8: Bake - Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Step 9: Cool and Serve - Let cool briefly, then remove and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat dough.
