  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Step 4: In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Step 5: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
  6. Step 6: Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Step 8: Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
  • Increase maple syrup to 1/2 cup for a sweeter blondie.
