  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup toffee bits
  • 1/3 cup crushed pretzels

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Krusteaz Shortbread Cookie Mix with softened unsalted butter and beat until creamy.
  3. Step 3: Fold in mini chocolate chips, toffee bits, and crushed pretzels until evenly distributed.
  4. Step 4: Scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Step 6: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
