Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter or allergy-friendly substitute e.g., almond butter, peanut butter, or sunflower seed butter
  • 1/4 cup protein powder choose your favorite flavor

Method
 

Stepwise Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the nut butter and protein powder. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended. You can add a splash of almond milk or water if the mixture is too thick.
  2. Once your base is mixed, use your hands or a spoon to form small balls (about the size of a tablespoon) and place them into your silicone mold or mini muffin pan.
  3. Place the mold or pan in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, allowing the donut holes to firm up. This step is crucial for achieving the right texture!
  4. Once they are set, remove the donut holes from the mold. At this stage, you can roll them in powdered sugar, drizzle with glaze, or sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
