  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into even-sized chunks, about 1 to 2 inches.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Step 6: Check if the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender inside.
