Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Skillet

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 pound Boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Begin by washing your hands and ensuring that your workspace is clean. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, flour, and milk until smooth.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the batter and stir until fully coated. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken pieces in a single layer.
  • Fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Toss the fried chicken in sesame sauce until well coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions, alongside rice or vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before coating. Ensure oil is hot enough before frying to keep chicken crispy.
