Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Step 4: Spread the seasoned broccoli evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: Roast for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Step 6: In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle pine nuts and Parmesan cheese over the broccoli.
  7. Step 7: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
