Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sea salt until well combined.
- Step 3: Using a pastry cutter or fork, add the very cold butter to the flour mixture. Cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Step 4: Make a well in the center of the dry mixture and pour in the whole milk and honey. Gently stir until the dough just comes together.
- Step 5: Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently roll it out to about ¾-inch thickness. Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out the biscuits.
- Step 6: Place the cut biscuits on the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 7: Once baked, let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite toppings!
Notes
- Let the biscuits cool slightly before serving for best texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Freeze unbaked biscuits for later; bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes.
