- In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups whole wheat flour and 2 teaspoons baking soda; whisk together to combine the dry ingredients.
- Add 3 cups almond milk, 1 scoop SCORE protein powder, and 2 eggs to the bowl.
- Stir or whisk the mixture until the batter is evenly combined and smooth, with no large lumps.
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- When the waffle iron is hot, spoon about 1/4 cup batter into the center of the iron for each waffle. Close the iron.
- Cook each waffle until the waffle iron indicates it's done and the waffle is golden brown.
- Remove waffles from the iron, repeat with remaining batter, and top each waffle with fresh fruit before serving.
