Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Wings - Rinse the wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Step 2: Make the Honey Garlic Sauce - In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, and vegetable oil. Whisk until blended.
  3. Step 3: Add Wings to the Slow Cooker - Place wings in the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Step 4: Set the Slow Cooker - Cover and set to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Step 5: Thicken the Sauce - Remove wings and mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Stir into remaining sauce and cook on high for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Crisp the Wings (Optional) - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place wings on a baking sheet, brush with sauce, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
