Ingredients
  

For the Tacos:
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package ranch dressing powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • tortillas flour or corn
  • avocado for topping
  • tomatoes for topping
  • cilantro for topping
  • ranch dressing for drizzling

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
    Start by placing the chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Ensure they are spread out evenly for even cooking.
  2. Step 2: Add the Seasonings
    Sprinkle the taco seasoning and ranch dressing powder over the chicken. Coat the chicken pieces well for maximum flavor.
  3. Step 3: Pour in the Broth
    Pour chicken broth over the chicken and seasonings to keep it moist and tender as it cooks.
  4. Step 4: Cook Low and Slow
    Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Step 5: Shred the Chicken
    Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  6. Step 6: Prepare the Tortillas and Toppings
    Warm tortillas and chop the avocado, dice the tomatoes, and chop the cilantro.

    Spoon the shredded chicken onto each tortilla and top with avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and ranch dressing.
