- Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your apple is cored and chopped, and chop the date if using.
- In your blender, combine the rolled oats, water, and milk. Blend on high until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt, cinnamon, turmeric, chopped apple, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and lemon juice into the blender. If using, toss in the chopped date.
- Blend everything until fully combined and smooth. Adjust thickness with more water or milk if desired.
- Add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until crushed and mixed in.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass or mason jar. Dust with cinnamon on top and enjoy immediately.
