Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature is crucial for achieving that perfect roasted texture.
  2. Step 2: Wash and chop your fresh broccoli into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are all of similar size to ensure even cooking.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Add the chopped broccoli to the bowl and toss until each floret is evenly coated with the spicy sauce.
  5. Step 5: Spread the coated broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Step 6: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly charred at the edges.
