  • 24 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 sleeves Graham Crackers
  • 4 cups Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup Strawberry Jam

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in 3 cups of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer enough graham crackers to cover the bottom.
  • Spoon half of the cheesecake filling over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
  • Scatter half of the sliced strawberries over the cheesecake filling.
  • Repeat the process with another layer of graham crackers, the remaining cheesecake filling, and the rest of the strawberries.
  • Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top layer of strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture. You can substitute strawberries with other berries for different flavors.
