Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in 3 cups of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer enough graham crackers to cover the bottom.
Spoon half of the cheesecake filling over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
Scatter half of the sliced strawberries over the cheesecake filling.
Repeat the process with another layer of graham crackers, the remaining cheesecake filling, and the rest of the strawberries.
Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top layer of strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture. You can substitute strawberries with other berries for different flavors.
