Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Hazelnut Butter drain most of the oil before measuring
  • 90 g Granulated Sweetener sugar substitute
  • 22 g Cacao Powder rich in flavor
  • 1 Large Egg binding agent
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt to enhance flavors
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine hazelnut butter and granulated sweetener until creamy. Add vanilla extract if using.
  3. Step 3: Crack in the egg and mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together cacao powder and sea salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, stirring until a thick dough forms.
  5. Step 5: Scoop and shape the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  7. Step 7: Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Freeze cookies for up to three months for longer storage.
  • Reheat in the microwave or a preheated oven before serving.
