Ingredients
  

For the Pizza Rolls:
  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated thin pizza crust
  • 1.5 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 15-20 1 1/2-inch slices pepperoni
  • 1 whole bell pepper thinly sliced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Open the can of pizza crust and unroll it onto a lightly floured surface.
  3. Step 3: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, followed by pepperoni slices and bell peppers.
  5. Step 5: Starting from one end, roll the pizza crust over the toppings, creating a tight log.
  6. Step 6: Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Step 8: Let cool for a few minutes, serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can prepare the rolls in advance and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  • For freezing, store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
  • To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
