  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 9-inch cake pan or oven-proof skillet with non-stick spray.
  2. On a lightly floured work surface, unroll the can of pizza crust into a large square.
  3. Spread 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1/2-inch border along one long edge.
  4. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
  5. Evenly distribute 15–20 1 1/2-inch pepperoni slices and the thinly sliced bell pepper over the cheese.
  6. Starting at the long side with the sauce, roll the dough up tightly into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
  7. Cut the log into 2-inch slices and place each slice in the prepared pan, seam-side down, leaving a little space between rolls.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella over the top of the rolls.
  9. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
