  • 2 Tbs taco seasoning
  • 1 cup bottled ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pie crust deep dish frozen 9-inch

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add Seasoning - Stir in the diced tomatoes and green chiles along with the taco seasoning. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Prepare the Filling - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Stir in the ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Step 5: Combine Everything - Add the beef mixture to the egg and cream mixture. Stir until evenly incorporated.
  6. Step 6: Fill the Pie Crust - Carefully pour the filling into the frozen pie crust.
  7. Step 7: Bake the Quiche - Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set and slightly golden on top.
