  1. Step 1: Prepare the Cookie Base - Break the Taffy Cookies into small pieces in a mixing bowl using a fork.
  2. Step 2: Mix with Cream Cheese - Add cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and mix until fully combined.
  3. Step 3: Form the Truffles - Scoop the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet.
  4. Step 4: Chill the Truffles - Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Step 5: Melt the Candiquik - Melt Candiquik in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Step 6: Coat the Truffles - Dip each truffle in the melted Candiquik, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Step 7: Add Toppings - While the coating is wet, add sprinkles or toasted coconut.
  8. Step 8: Let Them Set - Allow truffles to sit until the coating is fully set, about 15-20 minutes.
