Method
- Fill a large pot with 6 cups of water and bring it to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
- Add 10 ounces of dry tagliatelle to the boiling water and stir to prevent sticking.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, about 5–6 minutes, until al dente; do not overcook.
- Drain the pasta in a colander and return to the pot or a serving bowl.
- Toss with your favorite sauce and serve immediately.
